WITW Can stop a canadian from pound hockey ?

Nothing, I say nothing at all its in our blood to be outside in below freezing weather , to strap on the skates and play a good 'ole game of pound hockey. Every winter the pounds are filled with potential NHL stars, living there dreams through a pair of skates a puck and a pond. Remeber as a child, walking down to the pond with a few of the boys, strapping on your skates, and being totally free. Your mind is at ease , the scents of winter are filling the air, and the only thing that stops you is the fact the pond has no night lights. Some are lucky enough to have a generator, and for them it never ends. Even when the ice is said to be thin, we still risk potential anomia, and frostbite , all to play the greatest game, in the great outdoors.The Pond is a wonderful thing in the summer we fish from it and swim in it , and in the winter we live on it. Oh Canada.

The Thrill of the game

Hockey is a game loved by all across the world, its a game where only a select few may succeed in professional level. Jumping on to that ice ,one becomes a gladiator , there hearts blood flows, and there adrenaline is rising. Puck drops , adrenaline kicks, a human turned now into a missle , wreck ships. Remeber one thing "blood makes great mouth wash".

What in the world , can stop Canada's elite hockey program, nothing I say . once again Canada has won the Gold medal making this the 5th in a row. Winning all the games Canada was faced with Canada once again proved worthy with a Gold medal finish, in the WJHC World Junior hockey Challenge this past December 08 through January 09. With a demolishing win against kazakhstan, and then a close on with Russia, Canada, lead by some great young prospects showed the world why we dominate in the games we originate.
